Returns & Exchanges


If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept return and refund within 30 days of purchase. Used or Washed items, unfortunately, are not eligible for refund. For all returns, the whole set including the packaging and your return note is required in order to process your refund. Once your return package arrives at our office, we will arrange a full refund within 5 working days. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method used when placing the order.


RETURNS are accepted within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the selling price, less any shipping costs or other adjustments. Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale items, bulk orders, fabric samples or gift cards.

Home Linens (clothing and table linens excluded, along with items marked Final Sale) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, in good condition, 

Clothing & Table Linens must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached where applicable.

We stand behind our goods, and we do our very best to provide you the best quality, most beautifully designed linens we can. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading, or dye-lot variations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our linens after use, please contact customer service with your case. We want to hear from you and always want to learn how we can make improvements.

EXCHANGES are currently unavailable at this time. The best way to move forward for an "exchange" is to initiate a return for your original items and repurchase the items you would like in a new order.
