What is your 30 day refund & return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept return and refund within 30 days of purchase. Used or Washed items, unfortunately, are not eligible for refund. For all returns, the whole set including the packaging and your return note is required in order to process your refund. Once your return package arrives at our office, we will arrange a full refund within 5 working days. Any refund will automatically be issued to your original payment method used when placing the order.

Do I need to repack it as the original form received ?

We encourage you to repack it as the original form because we want to donate our bedding items in a good condition. If you have difficulty on repacking, you can put it inside the return bag.

Do I need to pay for my return ?

No, you don't have to pay for the return shipping fee.  We have paid for the return fee. You just need to place the return label at outside of the parcel and return it. 

The shipping address on my order is incorrect! Can I change it?

At this time, we are not able to update a shipping address once an order has been placed. Once your order has been placed, we highly suggest making changes through the carrier!
